Men's Event Format:
- 24 Mens Teams
- Entry fee $700 per team
- Triple Knockout with 8 Championship Round qualifiers:
- Prize Breakdown (based on full entry):
- Champion: $4,000
- Runner-Up: $2,400
- Semi-Finalists (2): $1,600
- Quarter-Finalists (4): $1,200
- Send a check payable to "Captial Curling" for the full
entry amount of $700, post-dated no later than August 20, 2010 to
- Fall Open

- Entries are non-refundable after August 22, 2010
Ladies Event Format:
- 12 Ladies teams
- Entry fee $600 per team
- Triple knockout with 5 qualifiers
- Prize Breakdown (based on full entry):
- Winner $3,000
- Finalist $1,600
- Semi-Finalist (2) $1,000
- Quarter-Finalist (1) $600
- Send a check payable to "Capital Curling" for the full
entry amount of $600, post-dated no later than August 20, 2010 to
- Fall Open

- Entries are non-refundable after August 22, 2010
Games:
- All Games are 8 ends.
- Games tied after 8 ends (or an extra end) shall play a full extra
end to break the tie
- Please play all extra ends towards the viewing area
- All games are to be played under current rules of the Canadian Curling
Association for unsupervised play.
- Spare Usage Rules:
- Current Capital Curling Player Eligibility Rules are in effect,
which includes:
- Any player registered with a team in this event can NOT spare
for any other team
- Any player on the published spare list for this event is eligible
to spare as many games and with as many teams as they wish
- Any player NOT on the published spare list for this event can
only spare for one team and must be cleared by the event organizer;

Kitchen:
The kitchen at the Ottawa Curling Club will be open during various hours
during the event and we encourage participants and spectators to take
advantage of the service.
